Course Description

The CIMPLICITY Machine Edition Logic Developer -PLC Workshop will familiarize the student with the Logic Developer software used to program the entire family of GE Fanuc industrial control hardware. Emphasis is given to understanding and operating in the development environment, understanding the available logic development options, generating simple programs using the ladder logic language option and importing applications from Logicmaster™ and VersaPro™. This course is a subset of the full course, CIMPLICITY ME Logic Developer PLC Level 1 offered by GE Fanuc Training Services.

Course Description

The Control Worth Seeing Workshop featuring QuickPanel View & Control and CIMPLICITY Machine Edition will provide students with instructor-led hands-on experience with the Control development tool used to program a QuickPanel and the View application. Emphasis is given to understanding and operating in the development environment and generating programs using ladder logic to run on a QuickPanel Control target. Creating graphic panels using different types of animation and then publishing the data through the Web will also be covered. Advanced topics will be introduced through a PowerPoint slide presentation. This course is a subset of the full course, CIMPLICITY ME Logic Developer PC and View Level 1 offered by GE Fanuc Training Services
